How Customers Opt In
Customers may opt in to receive SMS messages from Ventturo Transportation LLC by checking the SMS consent checkbox on our online booking form at ventturo.com/booking. The checkbox appears at the end of the booking flow, after the customer has entered their contact information and trip details. The checkbox is separate from the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy acceptance, and is not bundled with any other required agreement.

The SMS consent checkbox as it appears on the booking form is unchecked by default and is not required to complete a booking. It is optional.

The SMS consent checkbox is not pre-selected and is unchecked by default. Customers can complete a booking without checking the SMS consent box. Checking the box is not a condition of purchasing any service from Ventturo Transportation LLC. It is optional. Customers can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message, or by contacting us at (857) 467-9984.
